霍妞，女，中共党员，博士，现任电力电气工程学院专任教师。

主要研究方向为迭代学习控制、分布式优化等，相关研究工作取得突出成果。近年来，在IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文7篇，发表EI会议论文2篇。
